چکیده

Let B1, B2, ... be independent one-dimensional Brownian motions defined over the whole real line such that Bi(0) = 0 for every i ≥ 1. We consider the nth iterated Brownian motion Wn(t) = Bn(Bn−1(...(B2(B1(t)))...)). Although the sequences of processes (Wn)n≥1 do not converge in a functional sense, we prove that the finite-dimensional marginals converge. As a consequence, we deduce that the random occupation measures of Wn converge towards a random probability measure μ∞. We then prove that μ∞ almost surely has a continuous density which must be thought of as the local time process of the infinite iteration of independent Brownian motions.

Large systems of path-repellent Brownian motions in a trap at positive temperature

We study a model of N mutually repellent Brownian motions under confinement to stay in some bounded region of space. Our model is defined in terms of a transformed path measure under a trap Hamiltonian, which prevents the motions from escaping to infinity, and a pair-interaction Hamiltonian, which imposes a repellency of the N paths. In fact, this interaction is an N -dependent regularisation o...

تأثیر محدودیت غذایی در سنین اولیه و برنامه نوری (متناوب شبانه) روی عملکرد جوجه‌های گوشتی

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effect of early life nutrient restriction and subsequent intermittent lighting schedule on performance in broiler. In a factorial experiment, the effect of three levels of feeding regimes and two levels of lighting schedule were investigated using 480 day-old male Hubbard chicks. The broiler chickens were randomly distributed over two rooms consi...

Optimal Switching among Several Brownian Motions

For i = 1, . . . , d, let Bi si be a one-dimensional Brownian motion on the interval [0, ai] with absorption at the endpoints. At each instant in time, we must decide to run some subset of these d Brownian motions while holding the others fixed at their current state. The resulting process evolves in the rectangle D = [0, a1]×· · ·× [0, ad]. If, at some instant, we decide to freeze all of the B...

Dyson’s Brownian motions, intertwining and interlacing

A family of reflected Brownian motions is used to construct Dyson’s process of non-colliding Brownian motions. A number of explicit formulae are given, including one for the distribution of a family of coalescing Brownian motions.

Nonintersecting Planar Brownian Motions

In this paper we construct a measure on pairs of Brownian motions starting at the same point conditioned so their paths do not intersect. The construction of this measure is a start towards the rigorous understanding of nonintersecting Brownian motions as a conformal eld. Let B 1 ; B 2 be independent Brownian motions in R 2 starting at distinct points on the unit circle. Let T j r be the rst ti...
